We have have been tracing a fallow spiker for the best part of a day, missing the opportunity a few times.
At the end it all came together and a clean shot put him on the ground. The first thing we did was to make a beautiful tartar of the prime fillet with rye, shallotes, woodsorrel and tarragonmayo. Bloody delicious. Give it a try:)
